  • Turntable with electro – mechanic rotation – rotoblock
  • Feeding machine equipped with tanks of 300 Kg capacity
  • Vertical opening/closing movement of the mould holder
  • High precision metering pumps, singly controlled
  • Casting trolley with movement on linear slides
  • Electronic control board
  • Automatic washing system of the mixing head
  • Hourly output: from 80 to 300 pairs, according with th model of the machine and of the utilized PU material
  • GUSBI FOR GREEN: hot water washing system 80°

Automatic rotating machines for the moulding of P.U. soles and shoes, one or two densities, one or two colours, by patented process Newflex.

Main Features:

  • Available at 12-18-24-32-40 stations, single or at pair
  • Device for the cleaning, without solvents, of the mixing head
  • Pouring of the compact P.U., into the mould, for the tread production
  • Closure of the mould by NewFlex system
  • Opening of the mould, rotation of the covers and closure of the rings for the moulding of the second P.U. material
  • Pouring of the expanded (second) P.U. material for the midsole production
  • Closure of the mould
  • Opening of the mould and extraction of the moulded unit sole
  • Hourly output: from 50 to 180 pairs
  • Possibility to have the machine also at 12 Linear stations
